Volcano Pacaya:

It is one of the active volcanos of Guatemala , it  has a height of 2,500 M .S.N.M. and their environment is formed by a humid forest in tis inferior part and rocks and volcanic sand of the half stops up, with some impressive views of the lagoon of Calderas and The Volcanos Water, fire and Acatenango. It is of easy access and you don't need to be an athlete to go up it. You will visit the border of the same active crater, it is a complete adventure in only one day. Walk of ascent 2 hrs.  

Itinerary of the Trip:

- Travel from the city of Guatemala city

- Arrive to San Francisco of Sales

- Beginning of Walk of Ascent

- Arrive to watcher of the lagoon of Calderas

- Walk  of ascent

- Stop for watcher Majahue, with view to the volcanos: Water, Fire and Acatenango.

- Walk until the base of the main cone

- Rest and instructions

- Ascent to the main cone

- I arrive to the summit and visit to active crater

- Descent walk

- Arrive to San Francisco of Sales

- Travel to Guatemala city
